This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident, organised and professional individual with previous school-based administration experience to join a thriving school community.

The Role

The successful candidate will:

• Act as the first point of contact for visitors, parents and staff
• Manage the busy reception area in a professional and welcoming manner
• Handle telephone and email enquiries efficiently
• Support with attendance, admissions and general administration duties
• Work closely with the senior leadership team and office staff
• Ensure safeguarding and visitor procedures are followed at all times
• Use school systems confidently and accurately

Candidate Requirements

• MUST have previous school administration experience
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Professional, proactive and personable approach
• Confident using SIMS, Arbor or similar school systems
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a busy environment
