On behalf of PwC, we are looking for a SAP Manufacturing Lead for a 6 month contract based in London (3 days per week) with remote working available (hybrid).

Join us as a SAP Manufacturing Lead.

• Lead the design, deployment, and continuous improvement of SAP S/4HANA Manufacturing and related processes for pharmaceutical process manufacturing sites. Ensure that manufacturing solutions are compliant, efficient, and aligned with GMP, GxP, and company quality standards.

What you'll do:

• Lead SAP S/4 design - Own end‑to‑end S/4HANA Manufacturing processes (PP, PP‑PI, QM, WM/EWM, ATTP).
• Translate business needs - Turn Production, Quality, Planning, and Supply Chain requirements into compliant SAP solutions.
• Lead S/4 workstreams - Drive manufacturing delivery across greenfield, brownfield, rollouts, and upgrades.
• Ensure GxP compliance - Guarantee all solutions meet GMP, GxP, and data integrity standards.
• Support CSV documentation - Contribute to URS, FS, DS, risk assessments, test scripts, traceability, and change control.
• Act as SAP partner - Primary IT/SAP contact for Operations, MS&T, Quality, and Supply Chain.
• Oversee support processes - Manage incidents, problems, and changes for S/4 manufacturing.

The skills you'll need:

• Deep knowledge of SAP S/4 Manufacturing (PP/PP‑PI) and related modules; basic understanding of SD, MM, QM, EWM.
• Strong grasp of GMP, GxP, data integrity (ALCOA+), and pharma documentation standards.
• Ability to lead cross‑functional workshops and translate business language into system requirements.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with a focus on root‑cause analysis and sustainable solutions.
• Ability to influence stakeholders at different levels.
• Comfortable working in a global, matrixed environment with multiple sites and time zones.
