School Caretaker

Are you reliable, hands-on, and take pride in maintaining safe and welcoming environments? We are currently recruiting multiple School Caretakers to work across a range of schools in Sheffield.

Key Responsibilities:

• Opening and securing school premises
• Carrying out basic maintenance and repairs
• Ensuring cleanliness and general upkeep of buildings and grounds
• Monitoring health and safety standards
• Supporting with site security and emergency procedures
• Liaising with school staff and external contractors when required

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous caretaking, maintenance, or site management experience (preferred but not essential)
• Practical DIY skills and a proactive approach
• Strong sense of responsibility and reliability
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
