The daily rate of £90 to £130 per day will be dependent on experience and the level of responsibility undertaken within the role.

As the Premises Assistant / Premises Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the school site remains safe, secure, and well-maintained. You will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the premises, carrying out maintenance tasks, health and safety checks, and supporting the smooth operation of the school environment.

Key responsibilities include:

• Opening and closing the school site
• Carrying out routine maintenance and minor repairs
• Conducting health and safety inspections
• Managing deliveries and site access
• Setting up rooms and equipment for school events
• Monitoring the upkeep of school buildings and grounds
• Liaising with contractors and external suppliers
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations

The successful candidate will:
