The Role:

• Support teaching and learning within secondary school classrooms

• Assist students in Science lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4

• Deliver targeted interventions and small group support

• Help raise student attainment and engagement

• Gain practical experience of teaching and classroom management

• Work closely with experienced teachers and school leaders

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• A degree in Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Environmental Science, Biomedical Science, or a related scientific discipline

• A genuine interest in pursuing a career in teaching

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Confidence working with young people

• A proactive and enthusiastic approach to learning

• Previous experience working with children or young people is advantageous but not essential
