A high-performing secondary school in Ealing is seeking a dedicated Science Technician to join their Science department from September.

The successful Science Technician will play a key role in supporting practical science lessons across Biology, Chemistry, and Physics, ensuring laboratories are fully prepared and safe for student use.

Responsibilities

Prepare and set up equipment and materials for practical science lessons
Ensure all laboratory resources are maintained, safe, and ready for use
Support teachers during experiments and demonstrations
Manage stock levels, ordering, and organisation of scientific materials
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in labs



Requirements

Previous experience in a school or laboratory setting preferred
Strong understanding of health and safety procedures
Knowledge of scientific equipment and practical experiments
Organised, reliable, and detail-focused approach
