Our client—an exceptional and well-respected firm—is seeking an experienced and proactive Secretary / PA to provide high-level support at senior level within a busy and dynamic Family Law department.

This is a pivotal role where you will work closely with the Head of Family Law, playing a key part in ensuring the smooth running of complex and sensitive legal matters.

💼 The Role
You will provide comprehensive secretarial and PA support, including:

• Supporting the Head of Family Law and senior legal team
• Managing complex diaries, meetings and priorities
• Preparing legal documents and correspondence
• Liaising with clients in a professional and empathetic manner
• Handling highly sensitive information with discretion
• Assisting with case management and administrative processes
• Anticipating needs and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations

• Proven experience within Family Law is essential
• Experienced supporting Senior Solicitor / Partner level
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Confident managing a busy and varied workload
• Professional, discreet and empathetic in your approach
