Job Title: Sales Team Leader

Your Role:
As a Sales Team Leader, you’ll:
- Coach and train your team to excel and hit key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Train and develop the team in navigating customers through the sales process and converting enquiries into sales and reservations (inbound calls and email enquiries).
- Be responsible for the professional development and management of your team; focusing on sales training, coaching advisors on quality, personal development and monthly 121’s and performance management.
- Ensure customers are given the best customer experience and customer journey, starting from the initial enquiry stage, all the way to the end of their contracts - with the aim of driving repeat custom.

You’re a natural leader with:
- Proven sales leadership experience (3+ years), ideally within a call centre/telesales envrionment (this role involves dealing with inbound calls and emails).
- Strong coaching, communication, and organisational skills.
- Analytical mind set to interpret data and drive decision making.
- Resilience, adaptability, and the ability to thrive under pressure.
