About the Opportunity:
Our client is looking for a Trainee Accountant to join their team who will be offered a variety of work.
About the Responsibilities:
This role will involve:
- Completing P11Ds and submitting to HMRC
- Personal Tax Returns
- VAT Returns
- Responding to technical accounting and finance related queries from clients
- Providing a friendly point of contact to clients
- Bookkeeping and preparation of year end accounts
About the Applicant:
You will have:
- Knowledge of UK GAAP (FRS102) & current UK Tax system
- All levels of study welcome to apply
- Must have 3 years’ experience in an accountancy practice
- Experience of IRIS preferrable but not required.
- Experience of Xero/Sage/Quickbooks.
- Study Support contract available on completion of probation
