Start Date: September 2026 or sooner
Salary: £21,900-£26,500 (paid as a daily rate)
Type: Temporary, Full Time, Long Term, minimumof 2 terms. Could go permanent based on good performance.

About the Role:
- Supporting pupils with SEN needs within the classroom and wider school
- Building positive and trusting relationships with pupils to support engagement and wellbeing
- Providing one-to-one and small group support tailored to individual pupil needs
- Supporting behaviour management strategies and emotional regulation
- Assisting staff in creating a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Supporting pupils to overcome barriers to learning and achieve positive outcomes
- Working collaboratively with teaching staff, pastoral teams and external agencies
- Monitoring pupil progress and providing feedback where appropriate
The Requirements:
- Experience working with children and motivating them to achieve their best
- Previous experience supporting pupils with additional needs desirable
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Calm, patient and empathetic approach
- Ability to remain professional and resilient in challenging situations
- Strong teamwork skills with the ability to use initiative
- Genuine commitment to safeguarding and supporting pupil wellbeing
- Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to obtain one
