Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging and differentiated lessons that meet the individual needs of students with SEMH challenges.
  • Support the emotional, social, and behavioural development of students, promoting positive outcomes.
  • Collaborate with school staff to create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment.
  • Monitor and assess student progress, adapting teaching strategies to ensure all children achieve their potential.

Requirements:

  • Qualified teacher with experience in primary education.
  • Experience working with SEN students, particularly those with SEMH needs, is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication, classroom management, and interpersonal skills.
