We’re working with a supportive primary school in Stockport who are looking to appoint a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to support pupils with additional needs.

• Supporting pupils with SEN on a 1:1 basis or in small groups
• Helping children access learning and stay engaged
• Supporting behaviour, communication and emotional regulation
• Working closely with the class teacher and SENCO
• Creating a calm, structured and inclusive environment

• Experience working with children with SEN (ASD, SEMH, ADHD desirable)
• Patient, resilient and nurturing approach
• Confident supporting behaviour and additional needs
• Strong communication skills
• DBS on the update service or willing to apply
