Teaching Personnel
£110–£220 per day (depending on experience and qualifications)
Teaching Personnel are currently recruiting SEN Teachers and Higher Level Teaching Assistants (HLTAs) to work across a range of specialist educational settings throughout West Yorkshire.
We work with SEN schools, SEMH provisions, alternative provisions, PMLD settings, and specialist schools supporting pupils aged 2–19 with a variety of additional needs.
The Role- Deliver engaging and differentiated lessons and interventions
- Support pupils with a range of SEN, including Autism, ADHD, SEMH and learning difficulties
- Lead small groups, whole-class sessions, or provide targeted 1:1 support
- Work collaboratively with teaching, therapy and support staff
- Promote positive behaviour and pupil engagement
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or HLTA qualification, or significant relevant experience
- Experience working with children or young people with additional needs
- Strong behaviour management and relationship-building skills
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to apply
- Experience within SEN, SEMH, PMLD or alternative provision settings
- Team Teach training
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
