About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging and creative lessons across the primary age range while providing tailored support to pupils with Special Educational Needs. Working closely with our SEND team, teaching assistants, and leadership staff, you will play a key role in ensuring all learners receive the support and challenge they need to succeed.
We are looking for an individual who can build positive relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues and who is committed to fostering a nurturing and inclusive learning environment.
The Successful Candidate Will Have:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Previous UK teaching experience
- Experience working with pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
- A strong understanding of inclusive teaching practices
- Excellent classroom management skills
- The ability to differentiate learning to meet individual needs
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- A positive, proactive, and flexible approach to teaching
- A genuine passion for helping every child achieve success
Essential Requirements
- Enhanced DBS Certificate (or willingness to obtain one)
- UK teaching experience
- Relevant teaching qualifications
- Eligibility to work in the UK
- Excellent professional references
