Teaching Personnel
We are currently seeking three dedicated SEN Teachers to start as soon as possible at one of our partner SEN schools in the Cambridge area. These are full-time, permanent positions, offering an excellent opportunity to join a supportive and specialist setting.
This school specialises in supporting young people aged 5–19 years old with autism, providing a structured and nurturing environment tailored to meet individual needs.
Expectations of the Role:- Provide high-quality education that supports young people to achieve in line with, or close to, their mainstream peers
- Be active and prepared for a hands-on role, including spending time on your feet throughout the day
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging environment where pupils feel encouraged to attend, achieve their goals, and succeed
- Deliver outstanding teaching tailored to autism-specific approaches
- Demonstrate resilience and confidence when managing challenges and responding to pupils’ needs
- Have previous professional or personal experience working with SEN children – a must
- Hold a valid Enhanced Child Only DBS on the update service (or be willing to apply for one)
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – a must
- Be able to use their own initiative and be proactive – a must

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
