SEN Experience Needed
Experience supporting children with SEND is essential, but this does not have to come from a school setting.
We welcome applicants with:
- Personal experience supporting SEND
- Care or support work backgrounds
- Nursery or childcare experience
- Youth work or mentoring experience
- Previous school-based SEN support experience
