What You'll Be Doing
- Providing 1:1 and small‑group support
- Assisting with learning, engagement and behaviour
- Creating a safe, inclusive environment alongside teaching staff
What you'll need to succeed
- Experience in SEN, care, support work, or education
- A calm, patient, and supportive approach
- Someone reliable who can commit to the hours listed
