£93–£105 per day

Cover People are working with a welcoming primary school in Levenshulme who are looking to appoint a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team.

This is a rewarding opportunity to support pupils with additional needs and help them thrive both academically and emotionally within the classroom.

• Supporting pupils with SEN on a 1:1 basis or in small groups
• Assisting children with learning, communication and emotional regulation
• Supporting behaviour and classroom engagement
• Working closely with the class teacher and SENCO
• Creating a calm, positive and structured learning environment

• Experience working with children with SEN (ASD, SEMH, ADHD or similar desirable)
• Patient, resilient and nurturing approach
• Confident supporting behaviour and additional needs
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• DBS on the update service or willingness to apply
