Are you an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant with Autism (ASC) experience looking for a rewarding role in a truly supportive and outstanding school environment?
We are working with a highly regarded specialist secondary SEN school in East Finchley, supporting students aged 11–19 with a wide range of learning needs, including Autism, communication needs, and complex learning difficulties. 💼 The Role
- Supporting students with Autism (verbal and non-verbal) and complex needs
- Working closely with teachers and therapists to deliver personalised, student-centred learning
- Building strong, positive relationships to support emotional regulation and engagement
- Helping students develop independence, confidence, and social skills
💰 Pay
- £105 – £120 per day
- Based on experience, particularly with complex needs and ASC support
