We are recruiting on behalf of a specialist SEN School in Richmond that supports children and young people aged 5–16 years with Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC) and additional needs including ADHD (Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder) and SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs).

The Role
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:
- Support pupils aged 5–16 with ASC, ADHD, SEMH, and additional learning needs.
- Provide 1:1 support and small group interventions.
- Assist teachers in delivering engaging and differentiated lessons.
- Support students with communication, social interaction, emotional regulation, and independence skills.
- Help implement EHCP targets and individual learning plans.
- Encourage positive behaviour and engagement in learning.
- Work collaboratively with teaching staff, therapists, and families.
- Promote safeguarding, wellbeing, and inclusion at all times.

- Relevant qualifications are desirable but not essential.
