Sen Teaching Assistant

Protocol Education

Ever been the person who notices when a child needs a little extra support?

This welcoming Primary school in BS15 is looking for a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team from September on a full-time basis. You'll play a key role in supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs, helping them overcome barriers to learning, build confidence, and achieve their full potential.

✨ Assisting with the delivery of tailored learning activities
✨ Encouraging independence, confidence, and positive behaviour
✨ Working closely with teachers, SENCOs, and support staff
✨ Helping to create an inclusive and nurturing learning environment

You'll fit right in if:
✔ You have experience working with children with SEN, or a genuine passion for supporting additional needs
✔ You're patient, empathetic, and adaptable
✔ You can build positive relationships with pupils and staff
✔ You're committed to helping every child succeed

What's in it for you?
Weekly PAYE pay
Free CPD and training opportunities
