Pay: £85 – £100 per day

We are looking for a caring and proactive SEN Teaching Assistant to support pupils across primary settings in the Chichester area. This rewarding role will involve supporting children on a 1:1 basis and within small intervention groups.

Your Responsibilities:

• Supporting pupils with additional learning needs
• Assisting with classroom activities and interventions
• Encouraging confidence and engagement
• Supporting emotional regulation and behaviour
• Building positive relationships with pupils and staff

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience working with children or young people
• Patient, resilient and compassionate nature
• Strong communication skills
• Passion for supporting additional needs
• DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
