The school has a dedicated SEND Hub where children receive tailored support within a caring and supportive environment, helping them to thrive both academically and socially.

The school is looking to appoint a full-time SEN Teaching Assistant from September 2026 until July 2027. The successful SEN Teaching Assistant will be based within the SEND Hub, supporting EYFS and KS1 pupils with learning difficulties and speech and language needs, delivering targeted interventions and providing classroom support to help pupils access learning and achieve their individual goals.

The successful SEN Teaching Assistant will have:

• Experience supporting children with SEND within a school setting
• Experience working with children with learning difficulties and speech and language needs
• Knowledge of EYFS and KS1 learning and development
• Strong communication and behaviour management skills
• A patient, nurturing and adaptable approach
• The ability to build positive relationships with pupils, staff and parents
