SEND Instructor - West London (Secondary, Multiple Subjects) - September Start
We are recruiting passionate and dedicated SEND Instructors to support secondary-aged pupils across West London from September. We welcome candidates from a variety of subject areas, including English, Maths, Science, Humanities, ICT, PE, Arts, Vocational Studies, and more. This is a flexible role with full-time, part-time, and long-term opportunities available starting in September.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging lessons in your subject specialism to pupils with SEND
- Provide 1:1 and small group support for learners with ASD, ADHD, SEMH, speech and language needs, and other learning difficulties
- Adapt and personalise learning resources to meet individual needs
- Promote positive behaviour, confidence, and independence
- Support pupils' social, emotional, and academic development
- Work collaboratively with teachers, support staff, and families to create an inclusive learning environment
What We're Looking For
- Availability to start in September
- Experience working with young people in education or training, ideally with SEND
- Qualified Teachers, Unqualified Teachers, Tutors, Cover Supervisors, or Industry Specialists welcome
- Strong communication, teamwork, and adaptability skills
- A genuine passion for supporting young people with additional needs and helping them achieve their potential
