We're working with a well-established creative agency in Bristol that's looking for an Account Executive/ Junior Account Manager to join its client services team.

This is a great opportunity for someone currently working in a junior client services role who wants more ownership, more client exposure, and the chance to work across a genuinely varied mix of creative projects.

You'll be joining a friendly, collaborative team delivering everything from branding and design through to websites, digital campaigns, social content and events for a range of well-known brands.

What you'll be doing

You'll sit at the heart of the agency, helping keep projects moving, clients happy and the studio organised.

Expect to be:

• Managing day-to-day client communications and building strong relationships
• Taking briefs and translating them into clear actions for the creative team
• Keeping projects on track, on budget and on schedule
• Coordinating workloads and studio resource
• Supporting project delivery across branding, design, digital, web and events
• Reviewing work before it goes out the door and making sure the details are spot on
• Helping prepare quotes and project documentation
• Attending client meetings and becoming a trusted point of contact

No two days will look the same, so you'll need to be comfortable spinning a few plates and adapting as priorities shift.

• Someone with experience in a creative agency client services role
• Someone organised, proactive and naturally good with people
• Strong attention to detail (the type who spots the typo everyone else missed)
• Able to juggle multiple projects without dropping the ball
• Confident communicating with both clients and internal teams
• A positive attitude and willingness to get stuck in
• Marketing, English or a related degree would be a bonus
