We’re looking for a Sales Manager to drive growth across key Defence accounts. This is a high-impact role focused on expanding existing relationships, unlocking new opportunities, and shaping winning sales strategies within the naval sector.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Drive account growth through strategic sales planning and execution
  • Identify and unlock new opportunities within existing customer relationships
  • Maximise pipeline potential by coordinating cross-functional teams
  • Shape compelling bids, proposals, and sales campaigns
  • Promote a portfolio of advanced naval systems
  • Provide market intelligence to influence strategy and future growth

What we’re looking for:

  • Proven success in sales or business development within Naval or Marine Defence
  • Strong understanding of complex engineered systems
  • Established network across UK Defence, Naval, or Shipbuilding sectors
  • Experience managing long-cycle, high-value deals
  • A proactive, collaborative, and customer-first mindset
  • Security clearance (or eligibility to obtain)
