Senior Acoustic Consultant
Location: London
Salary: £40,000 – £55,000 DOE

I’m working with a highly respected acoustic consultancy with established offices across the South of England. Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of projects, they are now looking to appoint another Senior Acoustic Consultant in London— someone who can operate autonomously, lead projects independently, and play a key role in developing the company’s footprint.

The Role

As the Senior Acoustic Consultant in London, you will:

  • Lead and deliver a range of architectural and environmental acoustics projects across residential, commercial and mixed-use developments
  • Carry out site surveys including noise and vibration monitoring
  • Produce high-quality technical reports and environmental assessments
  • Use modelling software such as CadnaA and ODEON
  • Liaise directly with architects, planners, engineers and developers

What We’re Looking For

  • 4+ years’ experience within acoustic consultancy
  • Strong experience in environmental noise and/or building acoustics
  • Degree qualified in Acoustics or a related discipline
  • Membership of the IOA (or working towards)
  • Proficiency in CadnaA, ODEON or similar modelling software
  • Solid understanding of industry standards such as BS4142, BS8233 and BB93
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to manage projects independently
