Job Overview
Senior Architect job available in London. This role is suited to an ARB-registered Architect with education-sector experience, leading the design and delivery of school projects including large-scale developments. Based in a London studio with hybrid working, the position combines project leadership, technical delivery and stakeholder coordination across multiple RIBA stages.

Role & Responsibilities

• Lead education projects from design to delivery

• Develop briefs into coordinated design solutions

• Provide technical and design leadership

• Manage client, consultant and contractor meetings

• Oversee project governance and documentation

Supporting multidisciplinary teams, you will coordinate project delivery, maintain design risk registers and contribute to planning, Building Regulations and Building Safety Gateway submissions.

Skills & Experience Required

• ARB registered Architect

• At least 5 years' UK architectural experience

• Education-sector project delivery experience

• Advanced Autodesk Revit and Adobe InDesign skills

• Strong knowledge of UK regulations and standards

Experience with large school developments is desirable. Strong communication, leadership and stakeholder management skills are essential.
