Your new role
We are seeking a Senior Architectural Technologist with a passion for design and a minimum of 10 years' post-qualification experience. This role is based in our Birmingham studio and offers the opportunity to work on both UK and international projects, contributing to all stages of the architectural process.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Develop detailed work packages for small to large scale international architectural projects, working individually or as part of a larger team.
- Ensure compliance with UK Planning, Building Regulations, and CDM regulations.
- Communicate design solutions clearly to both the internal team and the wider design team.
- Liaise effectively with other members of the design team and clients, ensuring high-quality outputs and client satisfaction.
- Contribute to the team's knowledge sharing and skill development through active participation and collaboration.
What you'll need to succeed
- Diploma or higher in Architectural Technology.
- At least 10 years' post-qualification experience in a similar role.
- Strong technical skills and proficiency in managing all stages of the architectural process.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating complex design solutions.
- A sound working knowledge of UK Planning, Building Regulations, and CDM regulations.
- Ability to produce high-quality material and maintain high standards in project execution.
