Daily Duties

  • Oversee the technical development and coordination of projects through various RIBA stages
  • Prepare comprehensive technical drawings, specifications, and construction documentation
  • Collaborate closely with internal architectural, engineering, and design teams
  • Coordinate and manage project information using Revit and BIM processes
  • Ensure all designs comply with current UK Building Regulations and industry standards
  • Conduct site visits and provide technical support during construction phases
  • Communicate effectively with clients, consultants, and contractors throughout project delivery
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior members of the team

Ideal Candidate

  • Extensive experience working as an Architectural Technologist within a UK-based practice
  • Strong technical expertise with a proven track record of project delivery
  • Proficient in Revit and experienced in BIM-led workflows
  • Previous experience within a multidisciplinary consultancy environment would be advantageous
  • Excellent understanding of UK Building Regulations, construction methods, and detailing
  • Strong organisational, communication, and coordination abilities
  • Able to manage workloads independently while supporting wider team objectives
  • Relevant qualification or degree in Architectural Technology or a related discipline
