Daily Duties
- Oversee the technical development and coordination of projects through various RIBA stages
- Prepare comprehensive technical drawings, specifications, and construction documentation
- Collaborate closely with internal architectural, engineering, and design teams
- Coordinate and manage project information using Revit and BIM processes
- Ensure all designs comply with current UK Building Regulations and industry standards
- Conduct site visits and provide technical support during construction phases
- Communicate effectively with clients, consultants, and contractors throughout project delivery
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior members of the team
Ideal Candidate
- Extensive experience working as an Architectural Technologist within a UK-based practice
- Strong technical expertise with a proven track record of project delivery
- Proficient in Revit and experienced in BIM-led workflows
- Previous experience within a multidisciplinary consultancy environment would be advantageous
- Excellent understanding of UK Building Regulations, construction methods, and detailing
- Strong organisational, communication, and coordination abilities
- Able to manage workloads independently while supporting wider team objectives
- Relevant qualification or degree in Architectural Technology or a related discipline
