Salary: £35,000 - £45,000

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a national AJ100 RIBA chartered practice who work on large scale projects across all building sectors. They are on the lookout for a Job Running Senior Architectural Technologist to hit the ground running for their Newcastle studio.

Duties for the role of Senior Architectural Technologist include:

• Deliver a range of high-profile projects from inception through to completion
• Undertake site visits and surveys to ensure high quality and technical compliance
• Prepare building regulation packages and submit planning applications
• Liaise with clients, consultants and contractors to build and maintain strong working relationships

Skills and experience for the role of Senior Architectural Technologist:

• Degree within Architectural Technology
• Strong post qualification experience as a Technologist within a UK practice
• Proficiency with Revit
• CIAT chartership is desirable
• Experience managing large scale projects across a range of sectors
• Job running experience
• Strong knowledge of UK building regulations
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Live within a commutable distance to the Newcastle area
