Senior Building Services Manager – Healthcare Projects 

I am currently working with a leading Tier 1 contractor who is looking to appoint an experienced Senior Building Services Manager to support the delivery of two major healthcare schemes in East Kent.

This is a key role within the project team, taking ownership of large MEP design and build packages throughout the construction phase. You'll work closely with the client, consultants, and specialist contractors to ensure building services are delivered safely, on programme, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

The position will involve overseeing the coordination, installation, testing, and commissioning of mechanical, electrical, and public health systems, while also supporting the design process across RIBA stages and assisting with the pre-construction and delivery of high-value MEP packages.

We're keen to speak with candidates who have strong healthcare project experience, particularly on schemes where MEP package values exceed £10m, and who have a proven track record of managing complex building services packages. We welcome applications from individuals currently working for either a main contractor or an MEP subcontractor, provided they have experience delivering large-scale construction projects within the UK. Knowledge of NEC contracts would be advantageous.
