Senior Building Surveyor

This is a Permanent, Full-time opportunity delivering residential and public sector surveying work. The role offers £60,000 to £70,000 with bonus and combines office, site and client-facing responsibilities. You will lead instructions, manage projects and support junior team members within a structured consultancy environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead residential and social housing surveying instructions
• Deliver defect diagnosis, reporting and contract administration
• Manage client relationships and project delivery programmes
• Coordinate consultants and contractors across live schemes
• Support procurement and tender processes

Requirements

• Degree in Building Surveying or related field
• MRICS or working toward chartership
• Residential or social housing experience
• Strong technical surveying and project delivery background
• Experience supervising junior team members
