Senior Building Surveyor

The role combines technical leadership, client management, project delivery, and regional office development within a multidisciplinary commercial property consultancy. Highly flexible hybrid working arrangements are available.
Responsibilities
- Lead dilapidations instructions and technical due diligence commissions
- Manage refurbishment and fit-out projects through full project lifecycles
- Act as Employer’s Agent and Project Manager on commercial schemes
- Manage client relationships, fee performance, and programme delivery
- Mentor APC candidates and oversee junior surveyor output
Requirements
- Degree in Building Surveying or related discipline
- MRICS qualification
- Consultancy experience within commercial building surveying
- Experience delivering dilapidations and technical due diligence instructions
- Knowledge of JCT and/or NEC contract suites
Salary & Package
- £60,000–£70,000 basic salary
- Annual bonus up to 14% of salary
