About You
- Experience within a consultancy environment is essential
- Strong background in civil and/or structural design
- Experience across multiple stages of design delivery
- Confident producing calculations, reports and specifications
- Working knowledge of Eurocodes and relevant standards
- Able to collaborate with clients and multidisciplinary teams
- Experience using AutoCAD, Microstation and/or BIM
- Eligible to work in the UK on a permanent basis
The Role
You’ll be joining a growing, design-led consultancy environment delivering infrastructure projects across the UK.
This is a design-focused position, not site-based, giving you the opportunity to work across the full lifecycle of engineering design.
Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering and reviewing civil and structural design solutions
- Producing technical reports, specifications and calculations
- Supporting project delivery across programme, cost and quality
- Working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Mentoring and supporting junior engineers
- Contributing to high-quality, consistent technical delivery
Location & Working
- Hampshire-based office
- On-site parking available
- Close to rail and bus transport links
- Hybrid working — flexibility required to support project delivery (no fixed office days)
