Senior Construction Manager Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee all site-based operations, ensuring multidisciplinary teams (CSA, Electrical, Mechanical) are aligned with project goals.
• Take full accountability for project certainty, managing the schedule, budget, and quality from commencement to final handover.
• Champion a world-class Health & Safety culture, ensuring total compliance with statutory regulations and internal safety management systems.
• Act as the primary point of contact for client representatives, design teams, and local authorities.
• Partner with the commercial team to manage high-value contracts, risk mitigation, and change management.
• Mentor and develop project teams, fostering a culture of determination and sharp focus.

Senior Construction Manager Requirements:

• 10–15+ years of experience in senior construction leadership roles, ideally within the Data Centre, Life Sciences, or Advanced Technology sectors.
• Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Deep understanding of complex build processes and modern construction technologies (BIM, Lean Construction).
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and decision-making abilities.
• A results-driven leader with the ability to manage workload and prioritize effectively under pressure.
