Groundwork Contracts Manager – West London

Location: West London
Salary: £120,000 – £150,000 + Package

We are working with a leading contractor delivering complex groundworks & civil engineering schemes across West London and surrounding areas.

This is a key hire for an experienced Contracts Manager looking to take ownership of multiple projects and progress towards senior leadership.

The Role

• Overseeing 5+ live sites simultaneously
• Managing project delivery on schemes ranging from £15M – £30M
• Leading site teams and driving programme, quality, and commercial performance
• Working closely with senior leadership on business growth and strategy

• Proven experience managing multiple groundworks & civil engineering projects
• Strong track record on projects valued £15M+
• Excellent leadership and organisational skills
• Ambition to progress into a Construction Director role
