  • Present financial performance insights to Functional Directors and Finance Business Partners
  • Oversee headcount cost reporting, including tracking organisational changes and movements
  • Manage balance sheet items relevant to your function, including accruals and prepayments

Essential Skills:

  • Experience in financial planning and analysis, including forecasting, budgeting and planning cycles
  • Management accounting experience, including month end close and variance analysis
  • Advanced Excel capability, including data manipulation and financial modelling
  • Experience using ERP systems and financial reporting tools (e.g. SAP, Tableau or similar)
  • Part-qualified or fully qualified accountant (e.g. CIMA, ACCA, ICAEW) or equivalent experience

The FP&A Finance Team:

You’ll be joining a collaborative and high‑performing FP&A team of six, working at the centre of Head Office finance and closely supporting senior leaders and their functions. The team plays a key role in managing and shaping the organisation’s cost base, providing insight that directly influences decision‑making. This is a great opportunity to gain exposure to senior stakeholders, work across a broad range of functions, and be part of a team that adds real value through forward‑looking analysis and continuous improvement.
