The Role

As a Senior CS&A Engineer (Structural), you will be responsible for delivering structural engineering outputs across multiple projects within the Asset Care portfolio. Your daily activities will involve developing, checking, and verifying civil and structural design documents, supporting technical reviews, and ensuring compliance with governance standards. You will work autonomously within your scope, applying sound engineering judgement, managing technical risks, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to meet project goals.

You will have the following qualifications & experience:

  • Proven experience delivering structural engineering design in regulated or complex environments, with demonstrated technical competence.
  • Extensive experience in structural analysis, assessment, and verification of both new structures and existing assets.
  • Expert knowledge of applicable codes and standards, including Eurocodes and nuclear-specific requirements.
  • Strong understanding of structural integrity, load paths, and safety assessments.
  • Professional engineering qualification in Civil or Structural Engineering, with Chartered status (CEng) preferred or actively pursued.
  • Ability to meet the site security clearance and access requirements.
