Chester (Hybrid - up to 3 days a week working from home following initial training period)

We're hiring a Senior Customer Service Advisor to support clients through complex and sensitive financial situations. This is a meaningful role where your judgement, empathy, and problem-solving skills will make a real difference.
The Role
- Provide end-to-end debt support and guidance
- Manage complex, high-risk, and vulnerable cases
- Handle sensitive conversations with professionalism and care
- Support colleagues with specialist advice on challenging scenarios
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance
About You
- Experience in customer service, complaints, or case handling
- Confident managing sensitive or complex situations
- Strong communication, empathy, and decision-making skills

Key Requirements
- Available for assessment day: 18th or 19th June
- Available to start: 27th July
- First 12 weeks office-based (full training required)
- Flexible shifts Mon-Sat (8am-8pm / 5pm Sat)
