This Senior Design Manager position is ideal for someone who has previously led the design process on major developments and understands the complexities involved in delivering large, multi-disciplinary construction projects. To be considered, you must have proven experience running a large-scale development project as the lead design professional.

Working alongside a highly respected leadership team, the Senior Design Manager will take ownership of coordinating consultants, driving programme milestones, managing technical design risks, and ensuring buildability throughout the lifecycle of the scheme. The Senior Design Manager will work closely with operational teams, commercial departments, and external stakeholders to ensure the project is delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.
