What will you do as Senior Dry Claims Administrator?
- Oversee and manage drying and restoration claims from instruction through to completion
- Handle complex claims queries and escalations
- Liaise with technicians, surveyors, insurers, and policyholders
- Assist with scheduling and coordination of drying works
- Support and supervise daily job allocations
- Monitor SLAs and KPI performance
What will you need to be a Senior Dry Claims Administrator?
- Experience within insurance restoration, drying, and property claims essential
- Experience dealing with insurers, loss adjusters, and customers
- Confident handling complex claims and problem solving
- Happy to be based on site
- Experience on reporting, audits, and compliance
