What You’ll Be Doing - Senior Engineer

• Taking ownership of multiple production lines and driving performance
• Leading and developing a small engineering team (2 engineers)
• Getting stuck into hands-on electrical & mechanical fault finding
• Working with Siemens PLCs (fault finding + programming) and some Mitsubishi
• Driving continuous improvement projects – not just firefighting
• Working closely with production to keep the site running efficiently
• Embedding high standards through 5S and best practice engineering

What We Want - Senior Engineer

• A strong multi-skilled engineer (electrical bias) who can lead from the front
• Solid background in food, FMCG, or fast-paced manufacturing
• Confident with Siemens PLCs (non-negotiable)
• Someone who has mentored, led, or stepped up in previous roles
• A proactive mindset – fix problems properly, not temporarily
• Comfortable working independently but also driving team performance
