The Role

As a Senior Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for:

• Servicing, maintaining, and fault-finding on a range of fire alarm systems
• Commissioning fire alarm systems to a high standard
• Supporting junior engineers and acting as a technical lead when required
• Ensuring all work complies with industry regulations and company standards
• Providing excellent customer service and maintaining strong client relationships

Key Requirements

• Proven experience as a Field Service Engineer within the fire and security industry
• Strong commissioning experience with fire alarm systems (essential)
• In-depth knowledge of fire safety standards and regulations
• Ability to work independently across a designated patch
• Full UK driving licence
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
