Location: Paisley (Remote)
Rate: £40 per hour (£62,000 equivalent)
Contract: 12 months (with strong potential for extension)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 17:00 (regular collaboration with US and APAC)

We're looking for a Senior Finance Manager who can bring both technical depth and a commercial mindset to a large-scale carve-out programme. This is not a BAU role you will be at the centre of a strategic initiative, influencing outcomes and ensuring the integrity of critical financial processes across multiple regions.
You'll be working alongside senior stakeholders globally, helping to drive accuracy, consistency and control during a complex period of change.

Your impact
You will take ownership of reviewing and overseeing key accounting activities, ensuring all outputs are accurate, controlled and aligned to US GAAP and internal policy. Your work will directly support the successful delivery of a global transformation programme.
Key responsibilities
- Lead review and oversight of global deconsolidation and financial reporting activities
- Provide expert challenge and validation of Net Economic Benefit (NEB) calculations and settlements
- Ensure consistency and compliance across regions and teams
- Identify financial and reporting risks, strengthening controls where needed
- Support audit activity with clear, well-documented outputs
- Partner with global stakeholders across Finance, Tax, Treasury and shared services
- Contribute to key project milestones within a complex carve-out environment
- Drive standardisation and continuous improvement across processes
What we're looking for
- Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CPA or equivalent)
- Strong US GAAP experience within a multinational environment
- Proven background in complex accounting, reporting or controllership roles
- Experience supporting transformation, carve-out or divestiture activity is highly desirable
- Strong systems experience (SAP, Hyperion or similar)
- Ability to operate confidently in a matrixed, global organisation
- Excellent analytical judgement and attention to detail
- Credible communicator, comfortable working with senior stakeholders
