An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Garden Designer / Landscape Architect to join a highly regarded design-led practice delivering exceptional landscape and garden projects across the UK and internationally.
The successful candidate will play a key role in leading projects from concept through to completion, working on a diverse portfolio of high-end residential, commercial and public realm schemes. This position offers genuine long-term progression within a growing and ambitious studio environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead landscape and garden design projects through all project stages
- Develop creative design concepts and detailed technical packages
- Manage client, consultant, contractor and supplier relationships
- Coordinate project delivery from design through construction
- Mentor and support junior team members
- Attend site visits, client meetings and project reviews
- Contribute to studio growth and operational development
Requirements
- Degree or equivalent qualification in Landscape Architecture, Garden Design or a related discipline
- Approximately 6-8+ years of professional experience
- Proven experience delivering high-quality landscape projects
- Strong planting design and horticultural knowledge
- Excellent design, presentation and technical detailing skills
- Proficiency in Vectorworks, SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong communication and project management abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently
- Full UK driving licence
- Right to work in the UK
