Irwin and Colton have been engaged by a global consultancy who have partnered with numerous organisations across a variety of industries, and they are looking to bring onboard a new Senior Health and Safety Consultant. This role will be focused on supporting one of their most prestigious and global clients within the technology space, in London 3 days per week, and the remaining 2 days with other enterprise clients within technology and property. The role will report to the EHS Director.

The organisation has an excellent reputation in the industry, with a long history of successful operations across the UK and internationally.

Responsibilities of the Senior Health and Safety Consultant will include:

• Promoting a positive health and safety culture across client portfolios, seeking best practice at every opportunity
• Developing and managing the annual Health, Safety and Environment plan and objectives
• Keeping updated with key changes to legislation to ensure compliance
• Managing the induction, training and development programmes across the client estates
• Continually developing and reviewing Health and Safety management systems in line with industry best practice

The successful Senior Health and Safety Consultant will have:

• Proven experience in a similar role within consultancy / wider corporate environment
• NEBOSH Certificate (as minimum) membership of relevant professional body (i.e IOSH)
• The ability to influence and engage with all levels of the organisation
• Comfortable delivering advise to different department and working individually, as well as within a team
