Senior Health & Safety Advisor

Leamington Spa, Warwickshire | £40-45K + benefits 

Join a talented global engineering consultancy specialising in the rapid development of sustainable electrified propulsion systems and advanced technologies. We are seeking an experienced Senior Health & Safety Advisor to support and strengthen health, safety and environmental practices across two UK sites in Leamington Spa and Wellesbourne.

This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive H&S professional ready to step into a broader, more influential role within an innovative and collaborative engineering environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day Health & Safety activities across two UK sites
• Conduct workplace inspections, audits and risk assessments
• Support accident, incident and near-miss investigations
• Develop and deliver toolbox talks and H&S communications
• Advise managers and employees on H&S best practice and compliance
• Support site safety, contractor management and safe systems of work
• Promote a positive, proactive safety culture across the business
• Work closely with HR, Facilities and Operations teams on compliance and sustainability initiatives

We are looking for someone with strong practical H&S experience, excellent communication skills and a recognised H&S qualification (NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent).

This role is site-based Monday-Thursday 9am-6pm and Friday 9am-1:30pm
