We are delighted to be partnering with a highly successful and growing manufacturing business to support the appointment of a Senior HR Advisor.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a business that continues to invest in its people, operations and future growth. Working closely with site leadership teams, you'll play a key role in delivering a proactive and commercially focused HR service, supporting both day-to-day operational activity and longer-term people initiatives.

The successful candidate will be an approachable and confident HR professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, building strong stakeholder relationships and making a positive impact across the business.

About the Role

  • Provide expert HR advice and guidance to managers across a broad range of people matters
  • Support employee relations activity including absence management, disciplinary, grievance, performance and capability cases
  • Work closely with managers to drive employee engagement, retention and wellbeing initiatives
  • Assist with organisational development, succession planning and talent management activities
  • Support change management projects and continuous improvement initiatives across the business
  • Analyse HR data and trends to identify opportunities and support decision-making
  • Contribute to recruitment and onboarding activities, ensuring a positive candidate experience
  • Promote a positive workplace culture and support diversity, inclusion and employee experience initiatives
  • Ensure HR policies, procedures and practices remain compliant with current employment legislation

About You

  • Previous experience in a Senior HR Advisor, HR Advisor or HR Business Partner role within a manufacturing, FMCG or operational environment
  • Strong working knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice
  • Confident managing a wide range of employee relations matters independently
  • Able to build credibility and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organisation
  • Experience supporting business change, growth or organisational development initiatives
  • CIPD qualified or currently working towards qualification
  • Proactive, resilient and solutions-focused with a hands-on approach
