This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior HR Advisor to contribute to the effective delivery of HR functions. This role is based in London and will involve supporting a range of HR processes and initiatives.

A higher education provider based in Central London, working on a hybrid basis.

Description

  • Provide expert advice on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Manage employee relations, including handling grievances and disciplinary processes.
  • Support recruitment processes, including drafting job descriptions and conducting interviews.
  • Oversee onboarding and induction processes for new employees.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with employment law and company policies.
  • Analyse HR data to provide insights and support decision-making.
  • Assist in the development of training programmes to support staff development.

Profile

A successful Senior HR Advisor should have:

  • Experience in a generalist HR role with strong experience of ER.
  • A strong understanding of employment law and HR best practices.
  • Proven ability to manage employee relations and provide sound advice.
  • Experience in recruitment and talent management processes.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • A relevant qualification in Human Resources or a related field.

Job Offer

  • A salary of £40,000-£42,000 - hourly rate equivalent to start with.
